Mount Tabor Reservoirs Interconnect Conduit

Low water level in Reservoir 5 reveals the interconnect conduit, a direct pipe connection between Reservoir 5 and Reservoir 1 that maintains both reservoirs at exactly the same water surface elevation or allows one to be filled from the other when empty.
