Vandalized Harvey W Scott Pedestal Mt Tabor Park

Granite pedestal of the erstwhile Harvey W Scott statue in Mt Tabor Park, toppled by vandals on 20 October 2020, supplanted by the renegade “Bust of York” on 20 February 2021, and vandalized again on 14 March 2021. The stain marks are damage from glue used by vandals to attach protest signage. Mount Tabor Park, Portland, Oregon, USA.
