The passage was made via the 98km Kiel Canal, with stops in Brunsbuttel, Kiel, Laboe, Rodbyhavn, Klintholm, Copenhagen and Rungsted. The vessel was the Sparkman & Stephens designed Swan 76 ketch named Tigris, built in 1981.
