Ecoroof Demonstration and Test Project at Hamilton West Apartments

Ecoroof (Green Roof / Living Roof) on the Hamilton Building at SW 12th Avenue and Clay Street. A joint project between the Housing Authority of Portland (HAP) and City of Portland Bureau of Environmental Services (BES) to demonstrate and test Green Roof / Living Roof performance. The City maintains and monitors the roof, while measuring stormwater capture and runoff quality against soil properties and vegetation selection.
