The Salish design is inspired by cultural and environmental history of Richmond and the Fraser River.   • Public art waterfall fountain entitled Spawning (2000), by Pat Tamley & Engineering Services, City of Richmond B.C.  The spawning salmon within the waterfall relate to Richmond's fishing heritage and strong ties to the Fraser River.
